You are given the option to either register or use the guest checkout to place orders on our Site. To check out, you will need to enter your address and contact information in the form. When entering your personal data, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at bag@pameladhawkins.com. 

When registering, your account password must be unique and kept secure at all times. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Your password must not be made accessible to unauthorized third parties.

Customers are only allowed one account at a time. We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations and to caution or dismiss members who fail to observe this policy.

Please note, we do not offer products for sale to minors. If you are less than 18 years old, you MUST obtain the consent of your parent or guardian.

To submit an order on our Site, place the desired products into the shopping cart.  If you are an existing online customer, sign into your account, however, you can choose to checkout as a guest.  Next, select a shipping method and a payment method. Finally, confirm that you have read and agreed to all the terms of your purchase.

Before clicking on the 'pay' button, you will be allowed to review and make any necessary changes to the products in your shopping cart as well as the data you have entered. To do this, simply click on the shopping cart icon and make the appropriate changes. 

By clicking 'pay', you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.

When you have selected your product and your order has been received, we will send you an email with the details of your order as well as what to expect. Please note this email is just a confirmation that the order has been received and that we are beginning the necessary work to fulfill your request.  Once your order has been completed, you will receive another email confirming your merchandise has been dispatch along with shipping details. 

We only accept the payment options displayed on our Site. Customers can view the options available on our website. Be aware that prices are subject to change in accordance with currency exchange rates, markdowns, and other market factors. Please note that some shipments may incur import duty and tax. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine the import duty and tax costs before completion. If your credit/debit card is not denominated in the above local currencies, the final price of goods will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processed the transaction.

Several delivery methods are available for you to select before you complete your transaction to pay for goods and services. All delivery costs displayed will include the cost of packaging as well as handling. 

Please note delivery times will only be extended in the case of unforeseeable circumstances that prevent delivery, for example: lock-out, intervention by authorities, energy or raw resources shortages, transport, and operation disruptions, which occur through no fault of ours (fire, water or mechanical breakdown, storms) and any other circumstance, which could not have been objectively caused through any fault of PameladHawkins.com.

We will do our utmost to keep customers notified of any shipping delays. If any of the unforeseeable events mentioned above occur for more than four weeks after the original delivery times, you will be entitled to cancel the order, however, because we do not mass produce, each item is done on demand and not released until we have confirmed that the quality is at the level of excellence we aspire.

While we stock many of our items on site, some of our custom ordered merchandises are periodically shipped by 3rdparty manufacturers and suppliers with a turnover time anywhere from 7-14 business days from the day your order has been placed, received, and fulfilled.

Any and all domestic charges will be stated at the time of checkout while any international orders will incur different fees. Our international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service with an arrival time of approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Express shipping is unavailable for international orders. Also, please be aware that in countries require an additional tariff on items shipped. You as the customer are responsible for your country-specific tariffs, duties and fees which may accompany your purchase. Please take the time to research and educate yourself of the charges that are not related to shipping charges incurred on this site. 

Finally, it is imperative for you to remember to do a final check before transmission of your order to assure you have placed the correct address and any additional notes which may cause a delay in your receiving your order. While typographical mistakes occur from time to time, it is your responsibility to assure the information you submit is clear as well as accurate. We are not responsible for inaccurate information submitted and additional fees will be charged for items returned, having to be resent to you. 

Whether sent via USPS or UPS, each will be subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Service” as detailed individually by each of these entities.

Caring for you printed shirts is easy.

  · Step 1. Turn your T-shirt inside out.

  · Step 2. Wash with like colors in cold water.

  · Step 3. Use the correct amount of soap and DO NOT use Bleach.

  · Step 4. Use the gentle cycle on your washing machine.

  · Step 5. Air Dry your t-shirt or use the LOW heat setting on your dryer. As you can see it is not hard to wash your printed shirts. 

While it’s not recommended, if ironing is desired, turn your shirt inside out and make sure your iron is set on the lowest temperature. Dry cleaning is highly unrecommended.

Their history has been noted to have been worn as early as the 15th century for many purposes.  While colors would vary with every tribe — it's kind of like visual dialects. And here in America it's certainly a form of personal expression and individual interpretation. They're for all women — any body type, any race, any background, shaping her body and accentuating her hips.

>Putting on Waist Beads That Tie:

If you’ve purchased the beads that tie, tie the beads on your body using one side of the string to make the necessary adjustments to where you would like them to sit on your body, then tie the other string together with it.

>Removing Waist Beads:

Use scissors or a sharp knife to remove the waist beads off your body.  If you cut the beads in the same place you tied them you will be able to retie them on your body if you’ve lost weight.

>Will Your Waist Beads Fit Your Body Size?

All waist beads are made to fit any body type.  

>Below is a size chart for your waist measurements and sizing.  The beads can be made as long as 60 inches plus.  Feel free to request beads extending 60 inches if need be.

>How many waist beads should you wear?

You can wear as many waist beads you like depending on your intended purpose to wear them.

>What happens when your waist beads break?

It is natural for your beads to break off your body at some point.  Don’t panic.  

You can try to save the beads to tie them back together or you purchase new ones.  

Please be careful when attaching your beads onto your body and be mindful when they are on your body to prevent them from breaking off easily.  If you have small children, be mindful that children have a tendency to place small objects in their mouth.

>Can I wear waist beads in the shower?

Yes, you can wear them as you go about your daily routines, however, excessive water can and will weaken the string over time but it will still be durable.  Also, please be mindful that excess water can also change the original color of the beads depending on which beads are worn on your body.

     Because waist beads are an intimate item worn on the body, unlike other items on our site, there is a no refund policy for these items

During our promotional seasons, promotion codes and vouchers cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.  Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes or offers. Please note that during our select campaigns, all codes and vouchers must be redeemed before the day of expiration, in case no date was specified the promotion code is limited to 60 days after the original campaign date.

Unfortunately, the Covid Pandemic has changed the dynamics of how business is conducted globally and while we take pride in not only the level of excellence when producing each item, we place the safety and welfare of our clients first!

As such, we do not accept items that have been previously worn damaged by wear and tear, altered, or washed (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals, and be sure to try shoes on a soft, clean surface.
